Durango Valley View is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1,800 Square foot home built in 2019 and is located in the Animas Valley just 12 minutes from Historic Downtown Durango and 20 minutes from Purgatory Resort to the north. The Hermosa Creek trail is a couple of miles up the road, and when ridden starting near Purgatory, it is a downhill to a level road back to the house.

The new home features numerous amenities including central AC, large screen TV with cable and gas fireplace in the Main Living Space along with a well-appointed kitchen that is open to the living room and dining room. Our favorite part of the home is the deck upstairs with comfy outdoor furniture with awesome views of the red rocks across the valley – great for morning coffee or evening cocktails. There is also a hiking trail adjacent to the home and the large back yard is perfect for all sorts of outdoor activities.

The newly renovated Durango Hot Springs is just a 1/2 mile from the home and Dalton Ranch Golf along with PJs Market and a great beer, wine and liquor store are just across highway 550 a mile from the house.
