Valley Triple Crown – Out CR 250, up Missionary Ridge Rd to 1st switchback, turnaround (rolling regroup descent), right on CR 250, up Old Shalona, rolling regroup descent down Old Shalona, right up to HWY550 then left, right on CR 203, right on CR 201 (Hermosa Climb) to dirt, regroup, return CR 203 to town.

It all started as a group of local cycling professionals around 35 years ago to throw down with riders like Ned Overend, Julie Furtado, John Tomac, Ruthie Mathes, etc and is now dominated by a new generation of pro riders like Todd Wells, Natalie Quinn, Sepp Kuss, Sarah Sturm, Quinn Simmons, Savilia Blunk, Riley Amos, Michaela Thompson, Payson McElveen, Ava Hachmann, Howard Grotts and a slew of FLC Cycling riders but Ned still shows up to put many in their place.

C ride is a group ride similar to the Sunday Church of the High Pines ride where the focus is riding, being efficient and safe in the group but maybe with a touch more pace and can get spicey in the last ¼. This group may also be a good entry point for folks looking to get in group rides but are intimidated because of lack of comfort drafting and not knowing group etiquette, hopefully more experienced riders can help them. The ride will also do a full regroup at the top of each major climb.
