The Fort Lewis College Cycling Team is hosting it’s annual slew of Wednesday evening time trails for the community and the team. The majority of the college riders will be practicing their team time trail and members of the community are welcome to join as individuals or teams.
There are two out and back courses centered around CR 250 on the east side of the valley. TT bikes are welcome but most ride “Merckx” without any aero equipment. Riding as team with a few of your homies to see how efficient you can be is great fun.
The first three (March 13, 20, 27) are on a 10 mile course that start at the Jehovah Witness place of worship just north of Bread on CR 250 and heads north to the turnaround at Trimble Lane and finishes back at the start. https://ridewithgps.com/routes/45785775
The second three (April 3, 10, 17) are on a 15 mile course that start and finish at PJs Market on Trimble Lane and go north on CR 250 to the turnaround at the base of Old Shalona and returns on the same route back to PJs Market. https://ridewithgps.com/routes/45785821
Show up 15 minutes early to get on the start sheet!
If weather looks non-compliant then they will most likely not happen.
